Richard A. Flaiz, MD FACS

Dr. Flaiz is board certified in Otolaryngology and is a fellow of the American Academy of Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery, Otolaryngic Allergy, and Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery.

Dr. Flaiz graduated from Walla Walla College in 1974 before earning a medical doctorate from Loma Linda University in 1978. He completed his General Surgery residency at Swedish Hospital, followed by his Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery residencies at White Memorial Medical Center and the University of Mississippi.

Dr. Flaiz and his wife Claudia have three sons and one daughter.

Kelly Sullivan, RN

In her 15 years of experience as a nurse, Kelly has "done everything," whether travel nursing, teaching in the lab at Blue Mountain Community College,  or serving on a Disaster Medical Assistance team. We're fortunate to utilize her expertise in helping Dr. Flaiz diagnose and treat allergies.

Ric Jones

Ric Jones is a graduate of Oregon State University and has been a licensed hearing instrument specialist since 1979. He is a member of the Oregon Hearing Aid Society and a Nationally Board Certified Hearing Instrument Specialist. He is also a member of the International Hearing Society.

Ric offers the newest developments in hearing technology, including nearly-invisible hearing aids, which he tests and fits in-office.

Robin Raybourne

Robin is a licensed cosmetologist and certified laser technician specializing in IPL and laser hair removal. A talented skin care specialist with  extensive experience in all areas of skin therapy, she is skilled at delivering facials, peels, and HydraFacial treatments. Whatever your skin care needs, Robin's focus is on providing outstanding client care in a warm and welcoming environment.
